IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
Yes, our wedding will have a “Black-Tie Preferred” dress code. While we understand that sometimes a tuxedo may not be in the cards, we are encouraging all of our guests to wear a tuxedo if possible. For women, we ask that you wear an evening gown of your choosing. Temperatures may get a bit chilly during the reception, so a shall or jacket is recommended for women. We will have heaters under the tent for everyone’s comfort.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
The Ceremony will be outside at the Canyon Clubhouse rain or shine (we expect sunshine given the time of the year)! Cocktail hour can be moved to a covered area of the property if needed, and the Reception/Dinner can be moved inside at the Canyon Clubhouse if necessary.

CAN DIETARY ACCOMMODATIONS BE MADE?
Of course! Please let us know what your dietary restrictions are when you RSVP, and we will work with the culinary team to accommodate!

WHAT IS THE WEATHER GOING TO BE LIKE?
Daytime: Flagstaff averages a daytime high of around 70 degrees Fahrenheit (21 degrees Celsius). Nighttime: At night, temperatures may dip down in to the high 30s-low 40s (~5 degrees Celsius), but we expect temperatures in the 50s Fahrenheit (10s Celsius) during the reception.
